About Me

I have been in love with photography for as long as I can remember. I live in the "Bay Area" just outside San Francisco with my wife and 4 children. I am a Systems Analyst by day and in real life an amature photographer. I switched to digital a couple of years ago and am constantly learning something new each time I pick it up.

I use a Nikon D100 and D50. Lenses are of various types from my favorite Nikon 60mm macro to a variety of zoom lenses. I  like to use a 28-300 zoom as my standard mount lense as it fits most situations nicely. In addition I use a Yashika 124mat medium format and several 35mm film cameras as I have not quite given up o film just yet.
